Manufacturer's Warranty

With every product covered by our 12 month manufacturer guarantee, you can rest assured that your purchase is well protected. 

Ramoche must pre-approve the cost of the replacement, in writing, prior to commencement of any warranty work.

Because installation and environmental conditions are beyond our control, we cannot accept responsibility for the improper installation and/or care and maintenance of our products after they are received. However, in the event of latent defects in the product caused by improper manufacturing, the Company will replace any defective product, provided Ramoche is notified in writing within a period of one (1) year of the purchase, the Purchaser shall notify Ramoche in writing to the following email address: sales@ramoche.co.uk

Ramoche reserves the right to request additional information in connection with the warranty claim. If we determine the claim is valid upon confirmation by an authorised Ramoche representative of the defect, Ramoche will replace the defective item (not including the cost of its delivery).
